Based in beautiful Colorado, Heart Forge HR Solutions was created to help start-ups and small businesses shape their HR strategy as they grow providing practical, adaptable, and thoughtful solutions every step of the way.

Before I became an HR Professional, I worked as a nationally certified paralegal in a general practice law firm, which honed my attention to detail and solidified my commitment to compliance and fairness.

Originally from Northern California, I now call the high mountains of Colorado home. As an outdoor enthusiast, I’m passionate about balance and I believe that same balance is essential in cultivating workplaces where employees feel seen, valued, and motivated to grow.
